Gained my confidence!

I called,  he answered.  He said he could be at my house in approximately one hour,
he was.  I had a broken spring.

He was professional, courteous, and knowledgable .  He explained everything.to my
satisfaction.  I paid him, he left.

I will call him the next time I have a problem and I would recommend him to my Mother,
and everyone else.  In fact, my daughter called him the next day..

He gained my full confidence!
